Terms and conditions

*Please ensure transparency with The Grooming Barn regarding health and aggression issues. We strive to ensure a relaxing environment for the groomer, owner and our furry friends.
*The Grooming Barn has a right to discontinue or refuse to groom a dog if the process could be dangerous due to pet behaviour.
*Small accidents can happen with moving animals and sharp instruments. If this occurs due to behavioural issues from the dog, the owner must cover veterinary costs.
*Dogs visiting The Grooming Barn must be up to date with all vaccinations and be free from fleas and ticks.
*Owners must inform The Grooming Barn of any biting and aggression towards people or any known dislikes with regards to treatments required.
*Any costs such as medical bills, loss of income or damage to equipment caused by the dog will be covered by the dog owner.
*All pricing assumes a reasonable condition and temperament. Additional charges may be made to cover extra time and products involved in grooming neglected coats or particularly aggressive dogs.
*The Grooming Barn is a flea and tick free environment. Please reschedule your appointment if you are aware of a flea or tick problem and ensure its under control before the next session. If fleas are discovered, a flea shampoo will be applied during bathing and an additional £10 will be charged to cover disinfectant application on the premises.
*Please note The Grooming Barn will endeavour to contact the owner to discuss any issues before the groom takes place. If the owner is uncontactable at this time, we will continue with the session if possible and adjust costs accordingly.
*Appointments cancelled within 72 hours will be charged 50% and cancellation within 24 hours or non attendance will be charged 100% of the Grooming fee.
